Communication is like giving a message, it is very important to know how we communicate the tone, the body language, the words and way of delivery gives a positive or negative effect on the recipient, The tone is very important if we are not careful a positive message can be interpreted as a negative message,

When we had a friends party at home the tone, the words and way of delivering our talk were very casual, in the party mood everything is taken on a light mode and there is no fight or argument. The next morning when discussing about the last night event the same word used had the negative impact on one of my friends, who was not bothered in yesterdays party. That made me realize that situation the tone and words play an important role so what actually happens is a matter of concern when the words are indeed said with the positive intention, it depends how the other person is interpreting it actually when the message is taken in a positive way our brain releases dopamine a good hormone and the person accepts the message positively.

But with little change in the tone and different situation, the same message is taken in the negative sense the brain releases a bad chemical known as cortisol and we experience uncomfortable and uneasiness. Its purpose is to alert us.

A good and positive communication indeed inspire a person, and negative communication put the person in uncomfortable and uneasy situation,
