The theory of multiple intelligence refute the traditional view of intelligence that is limited. Gardner said, there are 8 forms of intelligence and recently suggested the 9th one " Existential Intelligence".

Out of Eight intelligence the one that appeals most to me is "Bodily- Kinesthetic Intelligence". People who are strong at this intelligence tend to be good at body movements, motor control and performing actions. The career choice for those people could be gymnast, sculptor, dancer and actor.

My reason to chose this intelligence is that I believe that sound body resides in sound mind, So by keeping body healthy and flexible one can function for hours without getting tired. If you keep your body fit and flexible, it can bring wonders to you. This intelligence helps in keeping both mind and body healthy leading to healthy lifestyle. Besides this, the career choice one can make with this intelligence are just wonderful and gives one the chance to exercise their energy in an creative manner.
