Today we are living in 21st century but still there is dogmatic outlook regarding discuss sextuality with parents and in school . In adolocent , boys as well as girls doing lots unwanted sextual activities only because of lack of awarness . If parents are not so much welcoming and school are not properly instructed about it then it could be severe problem for adolocent and also in society.  

Gender role in initiation of sextual relationship :

Study show that women are taken less initiative in sextual interaction . There may be rigid gender attitude and social streotype . But men are more inclined to take initiation towards sextual interaction.

In sextlual activities ,both gender play significant role get ultimate satisfaction and sucefull intercourse . Men become more easily aroused and strated lots activities like foreplay but later while women aroused , she becomes more stable then men . Her satisfaction level depends on male gender . Sometimes in male dominated society , men are not so much aware about women desire and needs . Only focused their instant gratification which leads to unsatisfied among women . A great sextual activities become play optimum role having good sex life. Male takes all decision in his own way regarding sextual activities.  

Male comparativly suffred more in sextual disorder than women. Today large percentage of male , suffred in pre mature ejaculation , erctile dysfunction , and other sextual dysfunction due to lack of sleep , hypertension , lack of physical activities etc. Women also suffred in HIV Aids .

Male takes major role in contraception and abortion . In termination of unwanted pregnancy , girls are helpless . Nog wants to bear this pain. But still male gender take decision over abortion . Even sometimes forced women to terminate pregnancy before marriage . Even after marriage , in male dominated society ,girls sometime caught in abortion due to family pressure .if family expectations of male children doesn't fullfilled.  

Current areas, with online medium , degital age , people show more positive attitude towards sextuality . They understand each other needs . Parent's also discussed about major problem in adolocent and make children proper aware about . Many female students can easily speak with their school teacher and parents which saves million of children life.  

In North America , there is sextual double standard attitude but people are aware and really wants to gate away from such sextual streotype thinking. They also inclined to support others .
