1 - Radial artery is used in adults to check the pulse and brachial artery is used in infants to check the pulse .
2 - Difference between artey and vein
- Artery - carries oxygenated blood and vein carries deoxygeneated blood.
3 - Nursing possible diagnosis would be right ventricular failure because the given signs are clasically seen in right ventricular failure .
4 - If there is blunt abdominal trauma and possible spleen injury nurse first step should be to asses the trauma , proper examination , check airway breathing circulation identify the injury point or trauma point and prepare for the surgery to achieve the hemostat because if not done this then patient could loss blood and can go syncope and there will be more amount of blood loss .
5 - For 1+ - 2 mm , for 2+ - 3 to 4 mm , for 3+ - 5 to 6 mm , for 4+ - 8 mm .
6 - Lipedema - it is usually caused by blockage of lymphatic system , venous insufficiency.
