Volkswagen emission scandal came in 2015 and known as diesel gate. United state environment protection agency issued a notice for Volkswagen to break the law of the clean air act because of that company used the turbocharged direct-injection system at the testing time in the diesel engine to activate emission control of Nox but in reality, product emitted 40 times more NOx emissions.

MNE does not control emissions and monitoring. MNE which full name is a multinational enterprise that is an international vehicle registration code and it controls the production of goods and services in more than one country other than the home country, it mainly controls the companies which comes under Forbes global 2000.

CSR Models aims to integrate societal goals and environmental concerns in business operations. There four types of CSR models as philanthropic, activists and charitable nature by engaging in ethically oriented practices.

Philanthropic CSR social responsibility involves donation, goods and services for other companies.

Activists CSR, where assumptions take that corporation are responsible for the whole society and responsibilities are such as to disclose the content of products, implement code of conduct, hire a specialist in decision making, implement social responsibility planning.
