Primary hypertension is also known as essential hypertension that there is no cause of Hypertension. It is also called idiopathic hypertension.
Hypertension is defined as when systolic blood pressure is more than 140 mm of hg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mm of hg.
1. Option one is incorrect because the reason of primary hypertension is not known. And right ventricle enlarge is not related to hypertension.
