You own a small business. How would you go about finding a selection test for a job you want to fill, and what practical and legal issues would you want to keep in mind before choosing a test to use?
If I was going to use a test to fill a position, I would find a test that complies with equal employment laws. Before choosing a test I would make sure that the test does not have many possibilities of an adverse impact. Test would be used as a check list to comply with governing laws.
