1. The organization involves the association of various resources to attain a common goal.

The purpose of organization is to provide quality services.

In a single organization if all the physicians involved, the client will get specialized service facilities to attain their goals.

For example: If a client admitted in a hospital with fever, head ache, ear ache , vertigo .The client get treatment by the physician .

He will get specialized services by ENT physician also .

In a health care facility if a client will receive specialized care the market will increases.

Clients will get holistic health care facilities    that increases the market.

2. For better diagnosis and treatment of disease diagnostic tests are necessary.

In an organization if good physician and all diagnostic facilities are available it facilities financial development.

The client will get all diagnostic facilities in a single health care setting they will prefer that facility for treatment.

The marketing and financial development results.

3. Most of the clients have insurance policies.

They only prefer organization having insurance facilities to claim their benefits.

In an organization provide insurance facilities and all physicians, client will prefer this organization.

It increases the market and leads to financial development .

4. A good well established structure is needed to facilitate organizational actions to attain the goals.

The individuals will accept the goals supplied by the organization and works for their attainment.

The organization will determine the authority, responsibility of different members through a well organized communication system.

The performance of workers is maximum to attain the goals.

5. The accountability will be according to the attainment of organizational goals.

All workers work together to attain the goal.

6. The quality of the health care increases. The man , money, material facilities available adequately.

By using these facilities the client gets holistic health care.

The good organization will provide quality services and it helps in organizational development.
