The principles of scientific management theory was propounded by Federic Taylor, In which the process of production and methods are improved and goods are equally distributed. The main principle behind this theroy is scientific selection process of worker and bringing science and worker together so that it will get easy to apply scientific developed task technique among them.
The principle theory prounded by Frank & Lillian Gilbreth are they valued efficiency by identifying and replicating one best way to complete a task.There theory based on consistency at work place, the efficiency is more important then many working parts.The important characterstics of the theory are, reduce the motion activity in the task, focus on time and motion study, increase in worker satisfaction and profit.
The Administrative Management Theory was propounded by Henry Fayol, He actually divided the industrial activity into six part such as- Technical, Commercial, Financial, Security, Accounting, Managerial. The scientist also contributed to Qualities of effective Manager such as Physical quality, Mental quality, Moral quality and Educational quality.
The Theory of Elton Mayo help to build more productive team, According to the theory the employee productivity levels under varying environmental conditions. According to Elton Mayo theory employees get motivated far by relational method then monetary and environmental methods.
6- Structured problems are straight problems that can be solved through various testing, repeating examination. This can be solved by doing normal testing, they are straight and normal problem that arrises in the business.For example something is fully right or something is fully wrong such as maths question.
Unstructured problems are the problem that are faced by the organization. It is a unusual problem and they are having unique solution. The unstructured problem are different from normal problems. for example half of the information is there, clue is there we have to solve whole question from that clue.
Programed decision are the decision which repetitvely arrises in the organization and it can be easily handled by business rules and regulations. It do not required much attention or discussion, they can be easily sorted and save time for decision makers. for example Bank approving loan, responding to customer questions.
Non programed decision is usually related to unstructured problems only, It is basically not well defined. Incomplete or half of the infoormation is available. For example Whether to change the organizational structure or not, will this will effective in near future or not.
