The staffing policy that i will use for the top managers for a small UK company will include a hiring process inviting online applications from candidates eligible for the job irrespective of nationality, culture, age, race, gender etc, thus encouraging work place diversity and influx of innovation and creativity. The staffing policy will aim at establishing Superior - Subordinate relationship at top management purely based on the skills, capabilities, knowledge and experience of the individuals. Equal opportunity shall be provided to the hired candidates with respect to the promotions, transfers , career orientation, training programs and decision making.

The staffing policy will incorporate and comply with the UK labour Act and Workplace legislation law which regulates the relationship between employers, employees, workers and management. As per the UK labour law, the selected candidates will be put to the jobs which matches with their abilities and knowledge to avoid work burden. The compensation package will be based on the minimum wages law and equity law as per which each executive or manager will always be paid equally for equal amount of work done. The working hours will be flexible as outlined under the law, providing full scope of taking care of children and meeting other personal responsibilities. Termination will be considered only when there is a genuine reason to layoff or fire the employees and holidays wil be granted for every festival irrespective of the dominant religion in the organization. Maternity leave will be provided to women during and post pregnancy. Apart from it for sick leave of the candidate for himself or for his close family member, payments will be made up to a specific period of time. Insurance compensation claims will be put at place which will cover medical coverage incase of accidents and Injuries during the course of employment.
