some major differences between Sedentary & Nomadic that they are totally different which can be observed in life styles.

Since Nomadic societies do not have permanent settlements travel from one place to another & carry as much as food they can carry which are limited ones these people belong to hunting /gathering/pastoral societies & travel from one place to another in search of food. In t case of pastoral societies, they mainly travel for owning livestock. These people possess large herds of sheep, goats, cattle, yaks, horses or even camels.Lfesityle becomes mandatory, In case, if the land is infertile in the region due to ice, sand, etc. thus, makes it necessary for the people to travel in order to adapt to the circumstances. Nomads usually build small tents as they find suitable place for settling temporarily. Nomads usually travel in groups. & these groups are formed by the integration of families or even tribes. The elders in the group, or a chief of a tribe, who takes decisions for the entire groups

sedentism can be defined as a society or way of life where people are permanently settled in one place, They do not travel from one place to the other. These societies, find fertile land to settle down so that they can grow plants and also raise livestock. Their settlements are much more permanent and include houses, storage buildings, etc. They also need preservation methods and storage techniques, They even store dried meat for winters.

Sedentary Societies were first to be noticed near rivers. so that they begin cultivation of crops & also develop various methods & techniques which allowed them to better their chances at farming. However, sedentism has certain disadvantages such as the spread of infectious diseases, waste disposal problems in cultivation, and fertile land.

Nomads trade which is one of the most emotional & economical stability which provides a sense of security

Nomads were more exposed to weather wheras the Sedentary were protected from environmental factors.
