Paul, who is suffering from sudden anxieties, is known to be Psychosomatic illness. It's an illness that arise with emotional stress which leads to damage the thought process/patterns.

Stress and depression are inter connected to each other . They are expressed as pain and illness of a human body . Likewise ,we would like to compare our human body to that of pressure cooker in terms of stress . So , generally in a pressure cooker what happens is , when the pressure builds up , the cooker vent its steam . If the steam is not allowed to pass by , then the pressure inside it will build up and up until the lid blows off. If it is allowed to vent its steam , it will happily cook . Similarly , in case of human emotions as well. If the emotions are not well expressed , shared with the closer people, it will lead to stress related problems. As it will outburst someday , and which is not a healthy sign .

Paul is having problem relating to anxiety.

It is supposed to believe that if one of our body part is weakened , that is when stress comes in. Stress - related illness comes into play when our body is going through some kind of a pain.i.e. most specifically , humans having the weakest point physically , eg ; legs . If a person is having pain in their legs , that is where the stress related problem is developed. In this example "legs" is the weakest part/point of human body .

1.The best way to cope up is not to hold back the feelings/emotions. The person needs to let it go.

2. Doing exercise , consuming food in a right way etc.

3. Socialising with people .

4. Old grudges should be laid off .

5. Being honest with people around .

6 . Talking to someone whom the concerned perosn/client may trust .

Reality theapy is a client centered form , which focuses on improving the present circumstances of a person, while voiding the situations of the past.
