When it comes to a work place there can be many types of works, most of the organization work which includes mainly physical strength often recruits male for the job than female. When a person attends an interview there will be an expectation in them about their new company and the job they going to get. However if their expectation are almost equal to the reality then it become easier for the employees to work without prtoblems but if it did not reach their ideal job expectation then mostly they start to lay off in the work to an extent they can also quit job because they could not be able to handle the situation that occurs. Male prototype of ideal worker is where they expect to get a job where they work for 40 hours per week for whole year. This ideal job are always tricky because it is not easier to handle when it comes to reality. Always keeping some border to our expectation can help to make our present job ideal to us.
