LAN:
1. first network arch component which enables users to
access the network.
2. It is also known as access layer because it also provides access
to the network.
3. Network hubs, switches, and wireless access points.
Where as Design of Data centre works as:

the LANs intended for the purpose of user access
3. It is usually located centrally on the enterprise campus, with
very high speed connection into the campus backbone.
4. It is usually one primary data center for the organization,
found on main headquarter.
Answer 3:
Defination of network system management :
There is a broad range of a hardware and software products which are marketed as network management tools, which are designed to help network system administrators for effectively managing the enterprises network. While there is not a necessarily an industry standard definition, network management functions spans a particular number of areas :- network provisioning, network operation, network maintenance and the administration.
Importance of Network management system :

2. Network management tools are usually built to grow quickly and change as needed to fit your network needs.
3. Network management is the ability to find and quickly responds to the security threats before they occurs
4. Network management tools allow you to plan for future security risks .
