RPF is a Request for Proposal, It is a document that a business or non-profit, or any government agency creates to outline the requirements for a any specific project.Basically, they use the RFP process to solicit bids from qualified vendors and identify which vendor might be the best-qualified to complete the project.

Companies usually use RPF because it must include the same category of organization :

• The history of an organization

• A detailed description of the project, which includes the reason for which it was created.

• Specific requirements about preferred materials, systems, products and Budget

• The project deadline, along with clearly defined milestones and dates

• Questionaire which you would like the respondents to answer or additional details you would will provide them.

• The submission deadline, and contact information, and guidelines to submit proposals.

The design of the data center differ from the design of the LANs intended to provide user access to the network because the design of LAN works as:

LAN:

1. first network arch component which enables users to access the network.
2. It is also known as access layer because it also provides access to the network.
3. Network hubs, switches, and wireless access points.

Where as Design of Data centre works as:

1. It contains the organization's servers.
2. It is usually a LAN but is designed and managed differently than the LANs intended for the purpose of user access
3. It is usually located centrally on the enterprise campus, with very high speed connection into the campus backbone.
4. It is usually one primary data center for the organization, found on main headquarter.

There is a broad range of a hardware and software products which are marketed as network management tools, which are designed to help network system administrators for effectively managing the enterprises network. While there is not a necessarily an industry standard definition, network management functions spans a particular number of areas :- network provisioning, network operation, network maintenance and the administration.

Importance of Network management system :

1. Network management tools makes it easy to monitor your network to visualize the problem, solvable.

2. Network management tools are usually built to grow quickly and change as needed to fit your network needs.

3. Network management is the ability to find and quickly responds to the security threats before they occurs

4. Network management tools allow you to plan for future security risks .
