Answer: IP address of web server and email service.

Explanation:

The internet address and mail addresses are for only convince use the actual identification or web server and mail server can be identified only using the IP address. The web address to IP address mapping is done by the DNS servers. For successful mapping by the DNS server, the data has to be there in DNS server. Thus the IP address of the resources that are assigned to the web addresses should be added in the DNS server.

Where to by domain names, and fee:

The domain name register companies are there from there we will get the domain names, for both one time fees and regular fees. Also there are domain name vendors are there from there we can lease a domain name. The domain name fee depends on various factors, the fee can be range from free $1-$1000+ per year. The premium top level domains like .com, .net are commonly used by many web sites. For most of the vendors we need to pay annually to make the domain worked and to stay mapped by the DNS servers.
