Respected Sir,

As you are aware,University had recently started a e-learning platform for the students.So, that they don't miss there lectures.But,after few days many of the students facing some technical as well as Quality related problems like-

1. El-earning portal can't be accessed by the Mac computers.
2. The overall quality of the videos is poor.
3. The most important thing is that some of the courses are poorly design.Which is vary difficult to understand for the students.

So,this is to bring to your notice that even after a week no action can be taken and this is resulting in problem in learning and understanding.The e-learning are delivering are not having an effective impact on the students.

These courses play a important role in learning.Sir, I hope you understand the intensity of the situation.I request you to undertake a quick action to solve these issues as soon as possible.
