Examples in which the company is not fulfilling the duty of care and negligence:
1. The customer is asking for a durable product, which cannot be easily broken with the weight. Company has such furniture and does not bother to their request and give them the normal furniture telling them it can fulfill your need.
2. The company is not providing delivery service to its customers for the purchase of any big furniture.
3. The company is providing delivery or transportation services for their customers to deliver the furniture purchased by them to their homes, they are not taking care of safety of the the product while transporting, they are not doing proper packaging any other mode of safety while transporting.
4. The company is not taking care of the safety of customers at their promises or they are not taking care of the safety of customers and they are providing a poor quality product and customers can support injuries or damaged because of that.
Difference between the duty of care and negligence:
Duty of care means when a person is relying on you for any kind of service or product then it is your duty to take care of them from any harm on or injury on your part. Negligence is when a person fails to perform is a duty of care, our negligence can also be possible when we have no direct relationship with the person.
