The modern global economy is highly competitive and there is an increasing demand for best-educated workforce in order to meet the changing demand of the world global economy. But unfortunately thousands of intelligent young people cannot go to school because of their poor financial conditions and millions of people leave the school before completing the basic education. If the people hardly complete their college definitely fall in to financial debt. This challenge can be met by implementation of certain methods.

The financial burden upon the students from college education can be mitigated by providing free tuition at college and university level. Many of the modern countries have adopted free college tuition for the students and have good result in this field.

The best education in college level is an indispensable factor for determining the lifetime income. The doctors, engineers, scientists, and other professional degree holders earning more than those with school education.

Asper statistics of 2011, the person who are bachelor scholars earn about $ 2.27 million during their lifetime. The people with master, doctor’s and other professional degree earn $ 2.67 millions. The people who opt to work in management, science, technology, and engineering on an average earn more that the people who select to work in the field of education, sales and community service.

A college degree makes a student more marketable. A student with college degree will have easy access to wide range of career options. While the school qualified person can look for non-skilled positions while a graduate can get higher paying jobs and upper level career. There is ambit capacity of college students to enhance their earnings than a student who got only school education.

Studies and researches have shown that there is a chance for college graduates to receive larger employees benefits than employees without a school education.

The states, districts or area with high income index get more of school funding while poor states, districts or area get lower share of school funding. The results in the disparity between different parts of the country in school education.

In poor areas the students are not using the vast faculties in school. While in area which is economically rich the children using the school facilities to the most. The students in rich area complete their school level with sound knowledge and skill While the poor area lack.

The earning of student after schooling is comparatively low as they get lower job with school academic qualities. Return on schooling can be assessed if all the schools work in the same manner. Some schools are vesting the government funds while other are making the best use.
