Expert Solution

Mediator

a person who attempts to make people involved in a conflict come to an agreement.

Mediation is when an independent person (a mediator ) helps both sides come to an agreement. The mediator does not take sides or decide what should happen. The mediators jobb is to help the two sides talk to each other, so that they can come to an agreement. Mediation alone is sometimes enough to resolve a dispute.
