Gatekeeping: What are the causal effects of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in hiring processes and how can they be measured? Can i get as much detail as possible?
Artificial Intelligence has its flaws in the hiring process as below:
· The AI doesn’t consider Flynn’s effect based searching which states that a robust economy would have much higher IQ compared to the lower economy as the exposure to the new gadgets and information makes people sharper which are mostly for the better economies.
· Further, the AI takes in coded words to do the searching which may use words like women to communicate the need for the female stuff. However, the code Women’s may suggest many things and would not have anything to do with the female gender. This makes the process wrong where the AI is used.
· The use of the algorithm in the hiring shows that the US has not done well in its gender-based recruitment for the Algorithm causing the imbalance of male and female workers on the job.
· The AI can’t go through all the legal variable cost runs and may have the checking for the employee on the system go wrong. This effects recruitment with AI-powered computers.
