The positive aspects of the constitution of United States:

1) Amendments exist to the constitution but protections from political whims and mass hysteria also exists at the same place.

2) The constitution comprises of modern liberal democratic norms and thus every citizen is entitled to life of liberty.

3) All forms of governments have their power checked against the others.

4) US citizens are free to assemble and right to free speech exists along with legal rights.

The negative aspects of the constitution are as follows:

1) Some provisions of the 18th century are no longer applicable but are difficult to change example right to form militias.

2) The constitution while in the process of drafting focused on free men rather all citizens like women, native Americans.

3) The interpretation of the constitution is ambiguous along with politicisation of the judiciary.

4) The constitution did not represent executive powers evenly creating seeds of an imperial presidency.
