Campus engaement plan for an international student at my college campus -

1. As soon as the new batch is introduced with the classes, the whole batch is divided into four groups each with equal number of students. An event is conducted with the four groups every year for a week. The event consists of many outdoor sports, indoor games, management competitions and cultural competitions followed by a Fresher's party at the end of the week along with the anouncement of the winner group of the whole week. This allows them to get introduced to each other properly and connects them well with seniors and other Internatonal Students in the campus.

2. The intranet portal shows notifications for different events going to be held inside the campus as well as nearby the campus. Every student is free to participate in any event as per their interests. There are individual and single events.

Students are the members and students are the leaders for the same. Each and every student is introduced to the committees and they are free to appear for the interviews for any of the above committees. This allow students to understand the working flow of the college campus and they can get a good overview of the activities.

5. Every Student is provided with a Mentor from their senior batch, this enables them to feel free for any doubt about the college or course curriculum for first year.

6. Every Professor is assigned with 10 students and they keep track of their academic results. Any problem related to academic or college which cannot be resolved by the student bodies can be communicated to the Faculty mentors.
