Shadow IT means that in any of the IT organization the IT system or the solution that are being used by your organization is not approved by the IT department or paid off by the company itself.

BYOD - It means Bring Your own device like smartphones, tablets , laptop , pen drive etc, in your organization to work with them instead of company own devices.

So basically here how both related so nowadays employees are found a better way to access corporate data by google drive or dropbox by their smartphone , tablets etc , with the rise of BYOD employees find it easy to work remotely with the use of this devices  mobiles. So basically  BYOD are the devices that are used by employee for Company related work and which are not allowed by the IT department for company related work(Shadow IT).

Cyberloafing - Cyberloafing is basically use to describe action of the employees , like using Internet for personal use at work or using internet of any purposes which is not related to work will be called Cyberloafing . Cyberloafing include activities such as employees sending personal email , interacting on social media like instagram , facebook etc , watching movies at workplace etc . Cyberloafing basicall defines wastage of time at workplace by doing all this such activities.
