According to me, issues of people that could be brought up in social media can be as follows:

1. Criticism: if people are not liking the product, or they think I could be better, or it's not up to their expectations or requirements, according to them, the product is violating any ethical issue or norms, then they would start criticizing it all over social media, and trolling it.

2. Selection of platform according to target market: the problem arises about how to select the social platform according to social media eg: if we want to attract the teenagers then we can use Instagram or Snapchat, issues this arises while selecting the proper platform.

3. Remaining active: when we are using social media as in order to fulfill our business goals, then we have to remain active on social media, we have to give feedback and replies to customers queries and grievances on time otherwise we could fail in actively using social media for business purposes.

4. Relevant information to attract people: in order to attract people and to make prospective customers the real ones, and to make those customers loyal, there is a need to post meaningful and helpful content that can relate to and can learn something new. Finding such content is difficult.

5. Presentation: in order to attract customers there is a need to properly present your content in such a manner that it catches the eye of the viewer and then they get bind to search know about the product. For doing such a thing there is a need to spend a lot of money on web designing and the presentation and quality also matters along with quantity.
