Business process: In a business process, a group of people most likely stakeholders do a series of processes and steps to achieve a common goal. Each section of people is assigned a process or steps.
The best example of a business process in a hospital. In the hospital, the common goal of making people healthy is achieved by a set of people. Set of people includes doctors, nurses, specialists, surgeons, compounders, pharmacists, people who do x-rays and other kinds of tests.

Steps involved in business process: (Let's take the example of the hospital)

2. Making a strategy : Staff of the hospital makes the necessary strategy to complete their goal

3. Task assigning: Each staff of the hospital is assigned a particular process to achieve. e.g doctors are assigned to study reports and do treatment according to health status.

4. Test: All process includes small processes and these processes are tested to achieve that specific goal

5. implementation: Start the process

6. analysis: analysis of the result e.g analysis of the health status of the patient

7 repeat: repeat the steps to achieve the goal with more accuracy
