Howard returned home from a bussiness trip and discovered his wife Susan asleep in bed with Larry his business partner. Howard went into rage, grabbed a knife, and stabbed Larry, who died on the spot. He then went into the kitchen and drank a beer. As he watched a football game on television and drank his beer, he became even more enraged. At half time Howard went to the local gun store and purchased a 38 caliber revolver. He then went home and killed Susan, who was hiding under the bed. Howard watched the rest of the game then went to bed what crimes is he guilty of and why?

In this case, howard killed two peoples, his wife and business partner. the activity which is done by him is a double murder and comes under the defination of crime. the judiciary of any country have specific punishment for this crime. this crime comes under the category of most higher level, because no one has a right to kill someone in any situation. so the killing of larry and susan by howard is a crime in eye of law.

the anger which he faced when he found susan with larry on bed and cheated on him which makes him mentally unstable and the anger which is developed in that much level that he killed both of the people. but he did the wrong thing by killing them because no one has a right to punish someone for there mistake. this right is given to the police and judiciary and not to the common people.

here howard done a big crime in the state of anger which is punishable under the court of law.
