1. Consider the seven missteps mentioned in How to mess up your agile transformation in seven easy (mis)step. The concepts Handscomb discusses in each of the missteps do have much validity. Can you think of any modern day examples of firms and/or projects that have exhibited these pitfalls? In addition, what would you have done differently?

seven pitfalls of agile transformation in seven easy(mins)step these are given below-

  4. untalented people are attended first.
  5. no pace and strategy in scaling up the growth.
  6. not having a stable backbone to fund or support.
  7. not infusing experimentation

modern-day example-

company name -X

X is a company which wants to agile in technology whenever executive asks about it he has limited knowledge (2) also company X initiate bottom-up agile transformation without the focus on end-state aspiration in this way value of company ended up with limited impact(1) promotion is not based on talent as per company policy it is based on age year of experience(4) but promotion does not differentiate among employees from which culture(3) after giving promotion no strategy follow up by promoted employees for scaling up profit(5) and if they plan strategically and innovatively they are lacking in funding(6)and if they got the funding they use rigid framework for strategies(7) in this way the company X somehow consist all 7 pitfalls of agile.
