SWOT analysis is known for its Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and threats. In order to do the situational analysis of Organization Chipotle, it can be done with the help of strategic planning by using SWOT.
If we discuss the strengths of the Chipotle, the first and foremost strength will be
- It has a very strong distribution network that can reach its target market easily.
- There us a strong flow of cash that provides the resources in order to expand or invest in new projects.
- They have a very strong dealer community where these dealers apart from promoting the company's products they also make the investment in training the sales team.
- They have a very strong brand portfolio and also a highly skilled workforce and performs superbly in the new market.
Weaknesses- In this area Chipotle can make improvements.
- It has limited success out of its core business as it faced many challenges in moving another segment of products within its present culture.
- There us a high attrition rate in the work force as compared to the other Organisations.
- lack of proper financial planning as they are not using cash efficiently.
- and their unique selling proposition has not been defined clearly.
Opportunities
- Chipotle should adopt the new technology to practice differentiated pricing strategy.
- There should be a new taxation policy that can impact the way in which business is performing.
- Decreasing the cost of transportation as a fall in the shipping prices can lead to falling in the products

THREATS
- There is a development in the new technology and competitors are adapting to it which can become a major threat.
- There is a huge change in the Buying behavior of the consumer which is an online channel.
- There is stiff and intense competition as the number of players in the market have increased.
- There is no regular supply of innovative products and the supply of products is also not regular.
