The phrase market demand analysis and forecasting itself can be completely and meaningfully interpreted as the analysis of market demand of a particular product and the forecast of the product for the near future. Forecast will be the estimation of the product need in the future. Based on the present condition of the demand analysis, the future need of the same can be analysed. While organization is doing this analysis they have to take into consideration the following aspects
1. The organization should clearly look into the future demands while concentrating on total market value. They should try and understand the forces behind the total market. The question what ? Should be clearly understood.
2. The market of the product should be widely analysed. Results from a few users will no thrive.
3. Managers or organizations should be able to decide ifthey are to use the pre existing data or collect frezh datas .
4. Organizations should study the factors or the driving force for the market demand of the product.
5. Sensitivity demand analysis should be taken in the happiness.
6. Clear strategies should be defined after all these.
