As we know a primary territory is one on which the owner has exclusive control .It is used daily almost by the owen .Purse is perceived as a primary territory for women in most public spaces when the surroundings are not friendly or or we can say in the presence of strangers .A very common example of this is a public market or a mall .Here the purse is seen as primary territory . This is also because the level of relationship between strangers is almost zero and there is no communication presenter at all. The guarding nature also makes it primary . The space where it is present has a great affect on its territory .A sense of respect is present .Now when it comes to secondary territory a purse become a secondary territory when the environment around it changes .Supported With friends or at home with family where there is more communication and effective erelationship the purse becomes a secondary territory . The rules which applied in the primary category do not apply here .At home the pruse is not used daily and kept in a place . Also the individual with whom the individual interacts shares a bond and the communication is very swift .
