So for every proposal the contents of the proposal changes according to the motto of the proposal and the audience targeted. All types of proposals commonly have problems observed and it's solution. The way of representing it varies slightly in every proposals. If the targeted audience is a customer, then the proposal is drafted with least possible technical terms to maintain easy readbility. If the targeted audience is a manager, then the proposal can contain any information inside a company as the manager knows it all. In other words, contents and words chosen for a proposal must be targeted and drafted for the respective audience involved. A good proposal will talk to the audience in his own voice.
