T.R. a 48-year old male who comes monthly to the community health screening for blood pressure checkups. He says he has had some headaches lately and a little dizziness.

Pathophysiology
There are two main factor which cause the blood pressure high
Firstly there is havivly use of the fast food which have high sodium level in it that lead to increase sodium in blood and cause hypertension
Secondly there is smoking history from last 30 years ,,so due to stimulation of the sympathetic nervous systems by nicotine lead to the increase in the blood pressure
Increase blood pressure lead to the increease in the respiratory rate of the body
Treatment
1.strict stoppage of the smoking
2. Take healthy diet like green vegetables,fruits,and light food
3.avoid type-1 personality
4 take amliodepin 5mg for lowering the blood pressure
5.Take pentaprazol stat before the morning breakfast
6. Strict monitoring of bp in morning and evening
