The context is an important part of the research but it is often overlooked. The need for context is so apparent in the research field. the context is formulated based on the research goals. It can be explained in different ways like a team, society, culture or an organization and even a country. Totally context gives meaning to the research and gives it a shape. It's important to first make sure that your context is relevant instead of finding some sort of context for the performance evaluation. And it's important to understand the context before starting any research.
If you want to compare your results to those which already exist you first need to find out that the results of the existing report were assessed the same manner as yours.
