1) When money gets in the way it can cause change to our behavior as our viewpoint somehow depends on our current situation.Lets say if we don't have enough money and we are unable to fullfill our all demands then we have different viewpoint towards life and people. We will act very much conservative and think twice before expending a single penny and we will consider whether it is required or not and it's worth before buying anything however when we have sufficient money we forget such things. So we can conclude that somehow our viewpoint depends upon money.
2) I think money rarely impact our moral standing as our moral reflect our preference over good and bad things and differentiate things based on each other moral standing. If the monetry reward for doing something is very high then only it is going to impact our moral standing otherwise people won't change their moral standing. For example if we ask someone to do a wrong thing for monetry reward then there is high chance that such offer will not be accepted by such person because of it's moral.
