1.Conventional view of Justice says that Justice is a human virtur that makes a person self-consistent and good.Socially justice is social consciousness that makes a society internally harmonius and good.
2.The phrase might makes right connotes an idea that people who have lower can do whatever they want. One disadvantage of this View is that powerful person's can do any criminal activities and may be escaped from the eyes of law by use of power and influence. This will lead to a situation where social balance will be hampered. More often innocent and poor people may fall prey to the corrupt system. However the view might makes right is not always true.
3.The phrase " An eye for an eye" is the idea which says that a person who causes another person to suffer should suffer in equal amount. This viewpoint of Justice is not correct way of justice. As this may make people to moisturize the power and may lead to a situation of social anarchy.
4.According to Plato, justice is a "Human Virtue" which makes an individual self-consistent and good.
5.Philosopher John Rawl suggested that we should imagine we sit behind a "veil of ignorance" that keeps us from knowing who we are and identifying with our personal circumstances. In other words, according to Rawls behind this veil we know nothing of ourselves ,our natural abilities and our position in society. We know nothing of our sex, race, religion,nationality,individual tastes.
6.The difference principle is the second part of second principle of theory of justice propounded by John Rawls. The first principle requires that Citizens enjoys equal basic liberties. The first part of the second principle requires fair equality of opportunity.
