The value of correlation coefficient is lies between -1 and 1. if the correlation coefficient is positive then there exist a positive relationship between the variable. i.e., one increases the other also increase. if the value is negative then there exist a negative correlation. i.e.,one increases the other is decreases. the relationship between the variable is clear from the above table. if the value is higher than 0.5 or less than -0.5 then the correlation is severe.
