Human brain can absorb intense information and on of learning that define the extensive capacity of brain is learning different languages.Not just one but many.The many cognitive benefits of learning languages such as improved memory, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enhanced concentration, ability to multitask, and better listening skills.Along with this it also improves ascademic performance and understanding.
Think about how diversity of language is as asset :
Language diversity is an asset and establishes the relationship between linguistic diversity and human welfare from an economic perspective.Additionally in an multiethnic set up the capacity of professionals to cater all cleints are better able to embrace linguistically diverse populations.Even in educational setups, familiarity of teachers with other languages will add up to the learning diversity of the school.
Think also about assumptions made about multilingual children/adolescents:
Multilingual children use language to construct their identities in each language or in both languages.As language is viewed as social practice, individuals use language to actively construct a shared community of practice.This adds to the motivation to use the diverse language as a mode of communication.

Advantage :It improves your memory, helps you process information better, and helps with multitasking skills. But the biggest brain benefit is that speaking multiple languages can actually delay the effects of dementia by “an average of 5 years”
Disadvantage: multilingualism can threaten nationalism.
