MASLOW THEORY- states that people should fulfill first basic needs before satisfying a high level need. Maslow recognizes these needs in a hierarchy.

CURRENT POSITION- newly start a business

1. psychological- fundamental human need necessary to maintain life
2. safety- the desire for self-protection ( insurance)
3. social- relationships with other people.
4. esteem- more personal recognization
5. self-actualization- desire to take full benefit of own known abilities.

FUTURE POSITION- established business in the market( profit-making)

1. social- start making social sector or strengthen old relations.
2. esteem- want that you occupy importantly and esteem place socially.
3. self-actualization- after analyzing yourself try to live your dream.
4. safety- already work on this but still ensure the safety of belonging.
5. psychological- own basic need already fulfilled now focus shifted to social responsibility to fulfill a poor or needy basic need.

so, in this way, we shifted Maslow's hierarchy as per the motivation level changes from time to time. sometimes we also remove some steps and directly reach to a high level.
