MASLOW THEORY- states that people should fulfill first basic needs before satisfying a high level need. Maslow recognizes these needs in a hierarchy.
CURRENT POSITION- newly start a business
FUTURE POSITION- established business in the market( profit-making)
so, in this way, we shifted Maslow's hierarchy as per the motivation level changes from time to time. sometimes we also remove some steps and directly reach to a high level.
