Due to the rapidly changing global marketplace only those companies will be able to survive that will deliver products of good quality at cheaper rate and to achieve their goal companies try to improve performance by focusing on cost cutting, increasing productivity levels, quality and guaranteeing deliveries in order to satisfy customers (Raouf, 1994).

Increased global competition leads the industry to increasing efficiency by means of economies of scale and internal specialization so as to meet market conditions in terms of flexibility, delivery performance and quality (Yamashina, 1995). The changes in the present competitive business environment are characterized by profound competition on the supply side and keen indecisive in customer requirements on the demand side. These changes have left their distinctive marks on the different aspect of the manufacturing organizations (Gomes et al., 2006). With this increasing global economy, cost effective manufacturing has become a requirement to remain competitive.

To meet all the challenges organizations try to introduce different manufacturing and supply techniques. Management of organizations devotes its efforts to reduce the manufacturing costs and to improve the quality of product. To achieve this goal, different manufacturing and supply techniques have been employed. The last quarter of the 20th century witnessed the adoption of world-class, lean and integrated manufacturing strategies that have drastically changed the way manufacturing firm’s leads to improvement of manufacturing performance (Fullerton and McWatters, 2002).

Here I'm going to describe the reasons for using lean thinking and benefits from the suppliers to end users along with if the agile supply chain is the right concept in the kind of situation of COVID 19.

Lean thinking only management is a strategy tool that mainly focuses on creating much revenue for the organization by providing able and quality products to the consumers. In thinking order management the company disregard or discard the things for defects which are considered to be not providing value for value fo organization re can be many benefits that can be drawn from the lean thinking for management such as-

1) DECREASE IN COST- with the help of lean thinking only management there is an ann an anna aa eat decrease in the course which is very helpful for the organization in the future and the revenues can be increased in this way.

2) IMPROVE CUSTOMER INTERACTION- English customer interaction plays a very important role because the mainly focuses things that are providing value to the organization and customer interaction helps in providing value to the organization by creating only those products which are preferable by the consumer.

3) INCREASE QUALITY:- management focuses on the quality so that they can draw lure the customer towards them.

Yes according to mee the agile supply chain is the right concept in this kind of situation of pandemic COVID 19. In this time there is a real need for flexibility as the demand of customers has been increased which has led to increased pressure on the manufacturing unit and the marketplace. with the help of an agile supply chain, the flexibility can be maintained with the good quality of products that can be transferred to the and consumer so that they can feel safe under the situation of COVID 19.
