1- Sexual harassment-
If i am in a managerial position and if i come across a case of sexual harassment, i will firstly get convinced of the whole scene.
I will try to look into the way it occured right from the begining to the day i became aware of it.
I will talk separately with the one who suffered and the other person who harassed.
I will convey that it was clearly mentioned in the "Code of conduct" of the organisation that if someone is involved in the sexual harrasment, he/ she will be fired from organosation and may even be treated legally.
There will be zero tolerance of such cases. I will fire the person out. Further, i will discuss the matter with the one who suffered and see what his/ her opinion is. If he/ she wants to sue a case in the court of law, i will initiate to cooperate because i believe that setting right examples in organisation cultivates fine organisational culture, and brings goodwill to organisation.
2- Offers for unethical incentives-
I will not at all entertain such umjust/ unethical/ unprofessional practices. "Code of conduct" will again be shared with the employees.
I will set a 2-3 peoples' committee to look into matter and analyse it deeply.
The matter will further be discussed in the meeting and with the help of participatory method, solutions would be found out.
I will warn the emoployees and send a detailed e-mail concerning the same.
There will be a deduction as penalty for such unjust and unprofessional behaviour. The opportuniy for promotion will not be given so that the seriousness allied with this situation can be understood by all the employees.
