System thinking refers to the approach of the organization under which the whole organization is considered as a system and organization is divided into subparts carrying different functions.

hair all the parts of the systems are interrelated and interdependent upon each other as well as the whole system. So from this, it is clear that every part affects other parts as well as the whole system. So it is obvious that system thinking will also influence the decision making, coz even if any single part is at the fault, and is improper, the whole system on the whole organization will be affected by this. Thus, there is a need to plan and perform our decision-making process taking the system approach of the organization in mind.

With proper system thinking, very good performer decision making process in a very effective and efficient manner because under system thinking we will get to know about each and every subpart or subsystem of the organization, reviewed get to decide what should be done for different sab parts which are performing different functions. moreover, we could be able to evaluate how our decision making will impact on different subparts as well as on the organization.

are different subparts affect other parts and also affect the performance of the whole organization and all system, there is a need to perform our decision making according to the system thinking because it will help him decide the effectiveness, efficiency, and achievement of the objective of the organization.
