Preparation before getting interviewed for a job is one of the important and crucial step towards an individual career. During an interview the non verbal communication of the interviewee with the interviewer is very much important, it describes the personality of the person and his confidence level. Interviewee should arrive at his interview venue before expected time and should be in proper dress code. Interviewee should be well-prepared with all his background of education professional courses and all his life courses. Interviewee should be well prepared about own introduction, qualities, knowledge and interpersonal skills, competencies. Resume of the interviewee is his mirror so interviewee should be well prepared and have full knowledge about what he mentioned in his resume or CV. Never mention any wrong or incorrect information in your resume or CV. Interviewee should know his calibre and strength. Interviewee should have all the knowledge about the job position as well as organisation for which he is going to get interviewed. Interviewee should be properly aware of all the Current market trends, competition, strategies and techniques used in work environment. All the questions like why should organization hire you, what's make yourself different from others, should be well prepared with valid and strong points. Never argue with interviewers, present own points in positive and valid manner. It's not important that interviewee should always agree with the view points of interviewers, interviewee should use his own brain and understanding and as per his own understanding he should reply, answer and discuss everything with interviewer.
