SEQUENCING ACTIVITIES is the way of recognizing and recording connections among the task services.the key advantage is that it will help to get the maximum output and greatest efficiency with given constraints. it can be performed manually, using software or mechanized procedures.

it will be easy to determine the hardest way if we sequence the activities

THERE ARE 4 TYPES OF PROJECT DEPENDENCIES IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

MANDATORY DEPENDENCY- they are also known as hard logic , these types are required by legally , they are sometimes inherent  in work nature

DISCRETIONARY DEPENDENCY-there will be many ways to define sequence between activities, the project team will define the preferred sequence

EXTERNAL DEPENDENCY-these are defined between project activities and non project activities,people who are external to the project does the non project activities

INTERNAL DEPENDENCY- it is defined between two project activities,project team has complete control over it
