Solutions

Expert Solution

The major problems with using secondary data sources are the data won't be same for all the individuals..For examples birth and death certificate will not be same for everyone..it will differ according to their name, age, data of birth or death..If the data about death or birth certificate got deleted or lost and if it is became old again the data sources will not be same in secondary dada, some alteration will there in it..
? In order to get this certificate needs more information from the particular family. If the sources is not so forthcoming, then the data can be false or misleading..All sources of errors can lower the reliability and validity of results..So this secondary data should be handled very carefully..
? There are some important in that.. All secondary data should have if researchers tend to have reliable results of the analysis..Secondary data should be accurate, reliable, valid, appropriate and timely..
?    The evaluator needs to use the most recent version to reduce errors, and also the evaluator should know when the data is checked and clean version of the data is printed..
?    When using secondary data that has been reorganized at some point, always check it against the new data set..In four ways we can evaluate the data:-
?    --Availability: check what type of data you want and it is available or not..
?    --Relevance: In this measurement, concept should be updated..
?    --Accuracy: The dependability of the source must be seen..
?    --Sufficiency: Proper detailed history and data should be available...
