A recent crime which is seen in the news is 44 year Actor Danny Masterson charged with rape . Reports have said that he has raped three women . He is famous for his acting in That '70s show'. It fits the wedding cake theory as it is highlighted because the accused of crime has stardom and celebrity tag associated with him. Clearly the celebrity status has resulted in high media attention . This is the reason the crime has received so much or media attention . If this would have done y a low class criminal it has be treated as any other rape case and the women who suffered would have not been got justicein time . I think like this case every rape case should have recieved this much of attention . Only then the rape culture can be stopped . The way media is paying attention to this case every other rape case should be treated like this . Normalzing rapes has beocme the nromal of our society this need to be stopped .
