As we live in a globalized and dynamic world . The world around us is changing . This change also involves changes in viruses , diseases and microorganism which keep on evolving according to the external and internal environmental factors . It is very important to healthcare professionals to continue evolving and learning new things according to the changing globalized scenario . We can take example of Covid 19 how the virus has evolved in years and how now it has affected us and has taken a shape pandemic . So it becomes very important for healthcare professional to understand the new and dynamic nature of diseases and microorganisms , THis will help us in developing a resilient and evolving healthcare infrastructure .As the healthcare providers are the core of our healthcare infrastructures their knowledge and skills need to be developed devolved according to the changed scenario . At present the healthcare world finds itself efficient it Covid 19 .It shows why a continuous learning approach is needed in the health care world . Healthcare professionals need new researches , experiments in order to develop new vaccines or medicines . This can be done only by a continuous learning process as stagnant learning only restricts the capabilities and potential of healthcare professionals . It creates an atmosphere of common and mutual learning also . It creates competency in the healthcare world . It also induces critical thinking skills and helps build a new modified healthcare infrastructure . It makes the healthcare system more efficient as the system is open to new learning and innovative techniques which mutually benefits the whole society . It not only creates efficient health infrastructure but also addresses the core problems of our society such as low mortality rate , disease prevention which further leads to healthier population and community .
