13. Ethical decision making is often a tough choice among the shades of gray because ethical decision means decide between wrong and right thing to do. So it becomes difficult at times to decide what is the right decision and whether it will be worthy or not.

14.Matrix structure would be the best suited one. Matrix structure is a structure used when the firm operates in projects which are for specified time period. Under this structure, there are cross functional teams having project managers and supervisors at different levels.

15.A long term effort to infuse the organisation with a sense of purpose and values is a strategy. Strategy is a set of action designed to realise a long term goal.

16. Divisional organisational structure is usually decentralised as most of the decisions are left to the autonomous divisions created although management is centralised.
