I will convince them to stay physically fit by motivating them about how physical well being can improve there life quality and how it aid to a better health throughout the life, people should take doing exercise as essential part of there life .some of the simple and practical suggestions to stay physically active are-

1-Start small. Aim to just include more general activity into your day, working toward a continuous bout of exercise for about 10 minutes per day and gradually increase the time duration.

2-Make exercise a habit. Make some form of physical activity part of your daily routine, like taking a walk after lunch.

3-Make it fun. Find sports or activities that you enjoy, then vary the routine to keep it interesting.

4-Find a friend or family member to be active with. Motivate and reward each other and enjoy the process together.

5-Find some support - Get a workout buddy if you can or just someone you can text with every day for accountability. Beyond that, get your family behind you so you can have your workout time without having to worry about everyone else.

6-If you live in multilevel complex, opt for the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible.

7-Walk around while on the phone, listening songs, or on video calls with loved ones.

8-Turn on some of your favorite tunes and dance!
