After consciously Introspecting into my life to find my motivation and driving behaviors that will convert into my passion, I aspire to create two most important strengths throughout the following year which will assist me with furthering my future career development. These strengths are :

Developing Analytical and critical thinking :

I aim to cultivate my insight to create analytical and critical thinking skills through practicing profound information, attentiveness, observerance and paying attention to details. I would need to score better in Analytical Skills when I will show up in test one year from now. My critical thinking skills will assist me with performing and discharge my duties and obligations in a vastly improved manner in my future employment position.

Being better in analysis and evaluation will likewise assist me with observing my activity responsibilities in an impressive manner through identifying the risks and complexities involved in working strategies and therefore improving execution.

Improving on Creativity and Innovation :

The another most important strength which will assist me with fulfilling my aspiration of proving better at my future career goals will be Creativity and Innovation. Creativity and innovation will assist me with increasing my career opportunities in future through driving myself towards new techniques and inventions which will give me a competitive edge to demonstrate preferred and efficient over others.
