7. Transformational change- it specifically targets a company’s organizational strategy
8. Personnel change- hire creative, innovative and energetic employees who are ready to change
Changes in business occur when an organization improves, restructures or transforms a major part of its operations disrupting systems, people and process. Change is very important for an organization to remain competitive in the current market situation and gain competitive advantage. Changes helps to increase customers’ satisfaction level, make organization sustainable and increase loyalty and trust of stakeholders of the business.
